NO HOOK-UPS: Daily - *$45.00; Weekly - $270.00

ELECTRIC, WATER & SEWER: Daily - *$55.00; Weekly - $330.00

YEARLY RATES:  $2,950.00 - $3,900.00 + electricity

$5.00 per person, per day in excess of 2 in family. Children 3 and under are free. *We require a 3-night minimum pay on holiday weekends & 2 night minimum pay on weekends, no exceptions. All cars must register in the office upon arrival to receive a car pass. Make your guests aware of this and the $5.00 per person, per day visitor fee. Check in is 1:00 p.m. Check out is Noon.

Oak Hill cabin rental

*OAK HILL CABIN RENTAL: Daily - $225.00; Weekly - $1,400.00

*Oak Hill Cabin Rental minimum 2 night stay. Holidays: 3 night stay. $35 per person per day in excess of 6 people. No pets allowed for Cabin Rental. Check in is 1:00 p.m. Check out is Noon.

PONTOON & MOTOR: Per Hour - $40.00; Daily - $330.00 (8 Hour max on the weekends)
